Union, Kentucky Homes
Developers have taken an interest in Union recently. They’ve developed several planned communities with many amenities. You’ll also find more traditional neighborhoods around the town. Here is a look at a few planned neighborhoods.
Cool Springs – with about 250 homes within this community, you’ll find a small town with a small town, complete with an open-air pavilion, swimming pool and children’s play area. This thoughtfully laid out community offers sidewalks and corner parks. The local schools are close by. Homes are in the $400s.
Harmony – this diverse community offers single family homes, patio homes, condos and town homes with prices ranging from the $199s to $331s. At the heart of Harmony, you’ll find the community center. With three pools, a fitness facility, amphitheater and community room, this is a terrific amenity. Outside, enjoy the 2-acre lake, parks, sidewalks, and nature trails.
Hempsteade – homes here range from the $225s to $450s. Residents have access to two pools, a playground, basketball and tennis courts, and hiking trails. Enjoy the swathes of green space and lakes scattered throughout the community. The clubhouse offers many enjoyable events throughout the year.
Orleans – this community is divided into two subdivisions and nine neighborhoods. Each has its own personality, but the goal of the developers is to echo the charm of New Orleans throughout the entire community. Homes range from the $130s to $500s. Within each subdivision, you’ll find clubhouses with pools, tennis courts, and a fitness center. There are also many walking trails and children’s playgrounds, so you can enjoy the beautiful Kentucky scenery.
